Haptik, a subsidiary and conversation AI company of Reliance Jio Platforms, has launched and offers a new “AI for All” initiative. Enterprise-grade AI Agent For small and medium-sized enterprises (SMB). With a starting price of Rs 10,000, the platform is called Interakt. That's WhatsApp-First CRMMarketing, a support automation platform used by over 50,000 companies. With the new release, Interakt will be releasing SMB to WhatsApp Voice AI Agent Automate customer interactions with Haptik's Agent AI platform. According to Haptik CEO Ahshad Jussawalla, the solution will help small businesses, such as clinics, schools and real estate companies, get 24-hour issues without human staff, manage queries and customer support. Early users report up to 80% of automatically resolved repeat queries and 20-25% increase in lead conversion, he added.The AI Agent is equipped with enterprise-grade security, integrated with CRMS and back-end systems, and offers multilingual support in 22 Indian languages. Unlike traditional IVR, Haptik's voice agents can understand context, respond to conversations, manage tasks like follow-up and lead qualifications without human help.As the company revealed, companies in the industry are already using solutions such as recapital for post-purchase engagement, pantheon development of real estate lead qualifications, and Astor Hospital (UAE) for patient reminders.Haptik says that the accessible price range and codeless setup will enable automation to be achieved in small service-driven businesses such as salons, cafes and clinics. The company aims to have 300,000-500,000 SMBs in the next 24 months. This is about 1% of India's digital active SMB market.
