Although the company does not cater to general users with its AI agent platform, it promises highly efficient results.
Workspace compatibility means you can use AI agents in apps like Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, and even Meet. Google makes it easy to create these AI agents because they are built on the Gemini 3 AI model and can be developed by typing prompts instead of code.
Agents run across these apps, enabling them to perform tasks assigned by users with detailed, contextual prompts.
Using Workspace Studio is easier than most tools you use to create AI agents. Simply develop your agent within the Gemini text box, input your needs into the AI model, and see the results. This is similar to generating images in Nano Banana, but the agent requires more detailed information and context in addition to the main course of its action.
Google allows the AI agents developed to connect to other enterprise platforms such as Mailchimp and Salesforce. Task automation is an inevitable concept, and Google strives to stay ahead of the changing trends and demands of the AI era.
