Introducing Google's latest video generation model introduced in May, you can generate 8-second clips with sounds. This weekend's Gemini is about getting free app users to try out VEO 3.
As of July, Google AI Pro subscribers around the world can create three VEO 3-speed generations per day. AI Ultra customers have expanded access to the full model. It also has access to photo to video generations.
Until 10pm on Sundays, free Gemini users can generate three VEO 3 videos. Gemini Chief Josh Woodward bullied how Google “sets the TPU load” ahead of the trial on Thursday.
Free users will have access to VEO 3 Fast. This is twice as fast to generate, while maintaining the same 720p resolution.
Opening the Gemini app today may prompt you about this. If not, tap on the three dot menu in the prompt bar and use the new “Video: Generate with VEO” chip.
The prompt should “describe the scene and add details such as visual style and background music.” You can also specify dialogs and background noise. It takes a few minutes to generate. Users can download a watermarked clip (the “Veo” badge in the bottom right corner) or get a shareable link.
