When meeting business leaders, I am excited about the possibilities that Agent AI can do for the organization. You also need to answer the questions how Business leaders can deploy agent AI effectively and efficiently.

A new study from the IBM® Business Value Institute shows buy-in and excitement from business leaders: 86% of those surveyed expect process automation and workflow reinvention to be more effective with AI agents by 2027.

Traditional AI or automation tools are useful yet still offer slight productivity gains, but have not changed the underlying processes. Agent AI allows you to actually start driving bigger, more strategic business outcomes that can increase your organization's productivity and efficiency.

It doesn't just tell us what to do – it's about AI starting do that. It needs to expand what is possible with AI agents that can move beyond AI assistants and run and adapt processes under human supervision. This shift requires true reengineering of how work is done, unlocking the types of values business leaders really want to achieve.

76% of the executives surveyed said they run and provide proof of concepts that enable intelligent workflow autonomation through AI agents, according to the IBM Institute for Business Value.

I hope that all the clients I have worked with have a deep understanding of Agent AI. This is a reliable perspective and experiences scaling agent AI. And there's a good reason. Agent AI has many promises and immeasurable possibilities to transform your business, but it creates a need for technical demands and cultural changes within your organization.
