Oblon, in partnership with IAM and Lexology, co-hosted this webinar titled “Emerging Issues and Recent Developments in Artificial Intelligence and IP.” This webinar explained how the new wave of AI-based technology poses new challenges to existing intellectual property law and patent practitioners. Technologies such as artificial intelligence chatbots have been talked about as testing the limits of copyright law, but have also faced challenges in patenting the underlying technical features.
