American businessman Elon Musk has launched a radical new company dubbed xAI with the aim of understanding the “true nature of the universe.”
According to a July 12 announcement, xAI will work closely with Twitter, Tesla and other companies owned by Musk to “advance the mission.” The company said it is actively recruiting experienced engineers and researchers in the San Francisco Bay Area. The company also lists his Dan Hendrycks, director of the AI Safety Center, as an advisor.
