For a short period of time, businesses will not be able to submit short (Step 1) applications. The short (Step 1) application will not be submitted on the Fundraising and Bid Opportunities Portal, but on another of his EISMEA IT platforms to be installed. The Step 1 proposal requires a separate IT platform due to its specific requirements (short form, slide deck, video pitch).
