Wall Street C-Sweets hypes its generative AI. They talk a lot about how to promote tools, make calls, get interviews at meetings, increase productivity, reduce growls and even keep staffing low.

Last year, Business Insider spoke to dozens of financial experts about how they actually use generated AI. Most people said they were cautiously optimistic. When the pilot was running, the tools were being tested and some workflows had been upgraded. However, others questioned concerns about technology reliability, company deployment, and how it would affect employment and work-life balance.
