Deliverect launches AI agent to optimize restaurants’ digital menus

AI News

Global restaurant technology platform Deliverect has announced Deliverect AI, a suite of autonomous agents and smart assistants that constantly updates and manages restaurant menus across online channels.

The company says these tools are designed to accelerate digitization, address technical issues before they impact sales, and reduce the manual effort involved in operating online ordering systems.

Deliverect says its menu-focused agents use live order data from each restaurant location to continually rotate menus.

As new transactions occur, the placement and prominence of the dishes changes dynamically, making the best-selling items more prominent and pushing the low-performing items to the bottom of the list.

The tool can also be optimized for operator goals such as increasing average order value, encouraging larger baskets, and promoting high-margin products.

A separate set of support agents monitors digital orders in real time.

These agents aim to detect and automatically correct errors and technical flaws to prevent online sales from impacting your profits.

The smart assistant is positioned for large chains and groups. Within minutes, corporate brands can completely overhaul how their digital menus are displayed in response to major events such as “World Cup semi-finals, Champions League finals, and regional festivals,” according to a company release.

Zhong Xu, co-founder and CEO of Deliverect, said:

“These agents don’t just support human teams; they get the job done. They optimize every menu, protect every digital income, and do things in minutes that previously took weeks and cost thousands of dollars.”

Deliverect AI is being deployed in select launch markets for clients already using the company’s platform. This includes Burger King, KFC, Taco Bell, Papa John’s, Pretto, and more.

This AI service will be available immediately to existing customers in the UK. The company plans to expand similar referral access to customers in Australia, New Zealand and North America in the coming weeks.
