Dailoqa has partnered with Amazon Web Services to deploy an AI-native loan origination system at AU Small Finance Bank, marking a broader push for AI-driven banking in India’s financial services sector.
The deployment is built on Dailoqa’s Broccoli platform, a multi-agent AI orchestration system designed for regulated financial institutions. According to the companies, the new system replaces traditional product-specific lending workflows with a more adaptable platform aimed at supporting personalized sales, service and customer engagement processes.
Piyush Singh, Co.Founder, Dailoqa said, “When a CEO looks past the mystique of AI and asks how it can help their organization realize its true purpose, you know you’ve found the right partner. AU Small Finance Bank’s leaders have a clear vision to enable this kind of transformation.”
This implementation reflects a broader trend across the banking industry, with institutions moving beyond isolated AI pilots and integrating artificial intelligence more deeply into core business systems. Loan origination, customer service, and compliance workflows are emerging as key areas of focus as banks seek to reduce manual processes, increase scalability, and modernize traditional infrastructure.
Sanjay Agarwal, AU Small Finance Bank CEO & MD“Badlaav Humse Hai is not our slogan. It is our ethos and DNA. Our vision is to combine the intelligence of our colleagues with intelligent systems to create composite intelligence for the enterprise.”
Dailoqa said the platform is designed to support regulatory requirements while reducing operational complexity and technical debt common in older banking systems. The bank is expanding the program to commercial banking and mortgage lending alongside rolling out multilingual AI-powered customer engagement capabilities.
Sandeep Dutta, President, AWS India and South Asia“By combining AU Bank’s philosophy of ‘Badlaav Humse Hai’ and AWS India’s vision of ‘Building from India for India and the world’, we are starting to see real results. Together, we have designed and deployed an agent-driven AI platform tailored specifically for the regulatory complexities and scale of Indian banking.”
AWS provides the cloud and AI infrastructure to support your deployment, including generative AI capabilities through Amazon Bedrock. The partnership highlights growing collaboration between banks, fintech experts and cloud providers as financial institutions increasingly adopt AI-native operating models to improve efficiency, customer experience and scalability across lending and servicing functions.
