Subject to closing conditions, the transaction will strengthen Persistent’s European nearshore distribution network and strengthen its ability to help companies evolve large-scale digital infrastructures and globally integrated operations.

The establishment of distribution centers in Tallinn and Tartu expands Persistent’s footprint in Europe and strengthens its nearshore delivery model for customers across the region.
