In this Business Talk interview with Michael Avery, Lukas Stoltz, regional sales manager for Herholdt’s Group, discusses how the company is adopting core products and technology.

Stoltz holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computers and Programming from the University of Pretoria and an MBA from Concordia University.

He began his career as an engineer at Zoetix in 2003. Two years later, Stoltz joined Flextronics as a hardware engineer and in 2007 became an electronic design engineer at Crabtree.

Stoltz then joined Panaxion in 2009 as a consultant, followed by a programmer and manager role at Hanbay in Montreal, Canada.

He has been in Canada for over 10 years and worked at Hanbay for 6 years before joining Tiptol Solutions as General Manager.

In 2023, Mr. Stolz joined the Herholdt Group as Technical Manager and took up his current role as Regional Sales Manager for the Group in October 2025.
