BLS International has launched an artificial intelligence-powered VoiceBot service for Spanish visa missions in Ireland, providing 24-hour support to applicants.

The company says VoiceBot handles visa-related inquiries 24/7 and provides automated responses to frequently asked questions, document requirements, and consular services. The system supports more than 15 languages, including Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, French, Chinese, and Russian, with language options tailored to local requirements.

BLS International previously implemented a similar VoiceBot solution for IVAC Canada. The company said it plans to expand the service to other regions as part of a broader rollout.

The company says VoiceBot is built on Microsoft’s Azure Machine Learning platform and integrates with existing systems through application programming interfaces (APIs). It also incorporates real-time sentiment analysis to evaluate customer interactions.

BLS International provides visa processing and consular services to governments and diplomatic missions in multiple countries. The company said VoiceBot forms part of its digital transformation strategy, which includes plans to introduce chatbots, email bots and AI-driven quality management systems across its operations.
