An AI-generated video posted to the X account of the Bihar forces of Congress shows Prime Minister Narendra Modi has a dream of his late mother appearing, attracting serious criticism from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
The 36-second clip posted on Wednesday (September 10, 2025) depicts the prime minister's mother appearing in his dreams and rebuking him for his politics. She said first he placed her position in a long line during the demonstration, then later washed her feet and now she made a reel by politics in her name.

On Friday (September 12, 2025), the BJP targeted Congress over the clip. This said Congress leader Rahul Gandhi leaned over the new Low.
“Rahul Gandhi himself does not respect his mother. Then why do we respect other people's mothers? We need to investigate the way Modi Ji's mother has been shown in the AI video and legal action should be taken against the person responsible for disrespecting the prime minister's mother,” Singh told the Begusarai press.
He said the party first used abusive language to the prime minister's mother and is now releasing AI videos. He said Congress will have to repent of its actions in the coming days.
The Indians will teach the Congress a “lifelong lesson” and Union Minister Kiren Rijiju said it has lost its credibility and the people's trust. “…It's no wonder that Congressional Party is continuing to lose elections. There's nothing rude: Khera
The Congress said that rudeness was not shown to the Prime Minister or his late mother. “What are their objections? Just because mothers are trying to educate their sons to do something right, where does that mean that for mothers who respect us and who respect him?”
“He (Modi) needs to understand that there is a way to try to educate him. “This is your Rajdharma,” the mother is trying to explain to him. Where is the rudeness? We did not show any disrespect to his late mother,” he told PTI Video.
On August 27, the young man is said to have abused the late Prime Minister's mother during Adhikal Yatra, an opposition voter in Darbanga. The young man was then arrested. The female leaders of Bihar's National Democratic Union (NDA) criticized the Congress at a joint press conference. BJP MLC Anamika Singh Patel asked if it was correct to say “dead souls” as “such accusation and insensitive”. “The Congress and the RJD have expressed no regrets after abusing PM's mother from the political stage. Now they are using the souls who have died in future elections, which is a shame,” she said.
Janata Dal (United) spokesman Anupriya Yadav said the opposition has surpassed all the shameless limits of politics by bringing the prime minister to the election. “Bihar gives direction to the country on the issue of women's empowerment, but the opposition has the prime minister's mother as its subject. One mistake can be forgiven, but the second mistake clearly shows that the opposition is on the verge of collapse,” Yadav said.
Sonam Paswan of Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) said that the opposition is engaged in shaming women while the NDA engages in making women independent and empowered. “This wasn't the first case. Their personality was to humiliate women. In the last election, the mother of LJP (Ram Vilas) Chirag Paswan was also humiliated,” Paswan said.
Smita Sharma of Anita Kushwaha (RLM) of Hindustani Awam Morcha (Secular) and Rashtriya Lok Morcha also attended the press conference, and they denounced the opponents on the issue.
