In June 2025, Beisen Holding announced its results for the fiscal year 2025, reporting a total revenue of RMB 945.1 million, an increase of 10.6% from the previous year. Revenue from cloud HCM solutions increased by 14.2% to RMB 721.8 million. The company has achieved net operating cash inflows of RMB 76.8 million.

Subscription revenue retention rate remained at 106%, with the overall ARR (repeated annual revenue) reaching RMB908.3 million, an increase of 20.1%. The growth rate of ARR for the Core HCM integrated product portion was 29%. Beisen Holding's acquisition of Ku Xueyuan in January 2025 further strengthened leadership in the learning crowd sector. The company aims to continue growing the company's commercial value, supported by its sustained growth in SAAS subscriptions and AI revenues, as well as its strategic M&A activities.
