AvoMD, an AI-enabled platform that enables clinicians and hospitals to create apps for use at the point of care, has announced it has raised $5 million in a seed funding round led by AlleyCorp.
Epsilon Health, MedMountain Ventures and Las Olas also participated in the round, along with New Enterprise Associates venture partner Dr. Kavita Patel, senior policy adviser at Stanford University, and existing investors Mirae and Dunamu.
AvoMD’s other investors include Mount Sinai Innovation Partners, StartUp Health, Columbia University, and 500 Startups.
