Avalon GloboCare Subsidiary Files AI Patent for Compliance-Aware Automated Video Commentary

Avalon GloboCare Corp., a freehold-based developer of precision consumer diagnostic products and generative AI publishing and software, announced that its subsidiary Avalon Quantum AI LLC has filed a provisional patent application covering a new class of evidence-constrained generative AI systems designed to generate automated video commentary with built-in source traceability and auditability.

The provisional patent application describes a unique AI architecture that aims to address the structural risk in the generated media market that AI-generated output cannot be reliably verified, audited, and defended at scale.

Unlike traditional generative video systems, the disclosed technology enforces an evidence-linked generative framework in which all narrative assertions in the rendered video must be explicitly supported by the underlying source material.

“We believe our technology has the potential to reduce illusion risk while enabling scalable automation in high-value, highly regulated content markets such as financial commentary, news, sports analysis, and brand-sensitive media,” said Meng Li, Avalon’s interim CEO and chief operating officer.

“As AI-generated media becomes increasingly regulated, scrutinized, and monetized, the ability to prove what information is used, where it comes from, and how it is presented is rapidly becoming a competitive necessity. This preliminary filing reflects our strategy to build an AI media infrastructure that is not only scalable and automated, but also verifiable, defensible, and enterprise-ready.”

The system builds a structured evidence graph from input media, manages script generation through evidence constraints, detects inconsistencies between sources, and applies uncertainty handling logic to generate balanced or qualified comments when inconsistencies occur. Traceability and audit metadata is embedded directly into the final video output, enabling downstream editorial review, compliance verification, and accountability.
