The actor used X (formerly Twitter) to clarify that the trailer for the apparent film was fake and was created using artificial intelligence. He also urged fans and media houses to be careful while consuming such content.

Kumar's statement read, “I recently came across an Ai-generated video of the film trailer that shows me in the role of Maharishi Valmiki.” “I want to make it clear that all such videos are fake and are created using AI.” “What's worse, some news channels decide to pick them up as 'news' without even checking if they're real or changing. ”
“Please ask the Media House to check and report it after verifying your information.”
The actor further emphasized the need for responsible reporting in the age of AI. He said, “When misleading content is produced at a very fast rate through manipulating AI, I sincerely request that the media house only be verified and report it after authenticating the information.” This is because the content generated by AI continues to spread quickly online, making it difficult for fans and media to convey actual clips and manipulation videos.
