AI owns content generated by social media platforms, especially Meta-owned Instagram, and Google-owned YouTube has become a huge threat. Unfortunately, there are currently no regulations to curb transmission.
Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan are taking over YouTube to the task by cutting lawsuits on the platform for misuse of Deepfake and Ai's personality. The actor reportedly filed a four-crawl ($450,000) lawsuit against a video sharing entity owned by Google. Bachchan claims there is concern about a surge in third-party training policies and deep-fark content on YouTube.
According to a nearly identical submission on September 6th by Abhishek and Aishwarya Bachchan, according to Reuters reports.
Such content used to train AI models can multiply instances of use of infringing content. This means that it is first uploaded on YouTube, viewed by the public, and then used for training. β
According to the actors, the deepfake featuring their portraits can be further expanded by being trained to be untrue.
The Bachchan couple's more than 1,500 pages of court applications have denounced the obscure sellers selling fraudulent items with brands that include coffee mugs, stickers and even fake, signed photos.
A judge of Delhi High Court has directed to lower links to 518 websites and posts listed by the actors.
