It turns out that this video is fake and was created using (AI) tools to make it look real.
What is the claim?
The viral video begins with a clip of PM Modi saying, “If you have an Aadhaar card, your dream of owning a bike will soon come true. One Aadhaar card gets you one free Splendor bike.”
The clip then instructs viewers to like the video, comment their name, and search Google for a website called smtai.net.

No such announcements or plans were found from the Indian government or the Prime Minister. There is no official press release and there is no mention of the free bike scheme for Aadhaar cardholders on the government website.
A reverse image search of the video revealed that the original clip was from February 24, 2019, when PM Modi was in Gorakhpur launching the PM-KISAN scheme for farmers.
