Concerns about the future of artificial intelligence are being raised all over the world, from Hollywood writers to the experts who helped create today’s technology.
It did so amid increasingly impressive AI demonstrations, including a new paper that claims to use artificial intelligence to read people’s minds.
But despite them. Recent warnings come from Geoffrey Hinton, often referred to as the “godfather of AI”, and his Paul Christiano, one of ChatGPT’s creators.
They and others warn that AI technology is developing too quickly without sufficient concern for its potentially dangerous consequences. They include technologies that are damaging the job market, technologies used in killer robots, and more.

ChatGPT helps people find homes to rent or buy
Real estate company Zillow has announced the launch of ChatGPTplugin to help users find homes to buy or rent.
The plugin reportedly helps users interact with an artificially intelligent chatbot about the type of property they plan to buy or rent, as well as share selection criteria such as location and price.
Using these inputs, the chatbot consults Zillow’s database and offers options to the user.
To give an example, Zillow says that when a user searches for “two-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouses in Seattle under $800,000,” an AI chatbot returns relevant information from Zillow’s database. says.

ChatGPT Creator Heads To White House To Discuss AI Dangers
The head of OpenAI will join chief executives of major tech companies at a White House conference on Thursday to discuss issues related to the dangers posed by advanced artificial intelligence.
Sam Altman, the company behind the hugely popular AI chatbot ChatGPT, meets with US Vice President Kamala Harris and other government officials. Also in attendance will be the CEOs of Google, Microsoft and AI company Anthropic.
The invitation to the CEO noted President Joe Biden’s “expectation that companies like yours must ensure that their products are safe before they are released to the public.”
Concerns about rapidly growing AI technologies include privacy violations, bias, and the potential for widespread fraud and misinformation.
