Chicago – Sandra Mazzoni, isoh, She is involved in a study that uses AI to determine response patterns to treatment in multiple myeloma patients, and spoke with Healio about the research presented at the ASCO annual meeting.

“They have hundreds of [patients with myeloma] “We took publicly available data and analyzed it to see if there were patterns that, genetically, might lead to different outcomes in terms of overall survival,” says Mazzoni, a hematologist at the Cleveland Clinic. “That was the first approach we used to show that there was actually a way to use artificial intelligence.”
