AI leaks adorable food creatures cooked in horrifying ways, strangling the internet

AI Video & Visuals

Women crashing on a glass bridge. Cat parents are turning their children into minced meat. Poor people riot at Walmart. Whichever way you look at it, it’s clear that the Internet is drowning in AI advances, and the tide continues to roll in.

The latest AI fad to choke the web is a series of videos with a bizarre obsession with traumatizing food. In the grand tradition of AI trash, the premise is incredibly open-ended. A family of anthropomorphic food shaped like spaghetti screams in agony as they are picked, chopped, boiled, or fried while being prepared for the meal of mindless humans.

Vertical videos recently uploaded to TikTok and Instagram display dozens of variations on a theme, some with tens of thousands of views and others with millions of views.

“My little little noodles, my sweet girls, don’t look down,” Mamapasta sobs in one TikTok clip. “Mommy, the air is on fire, I’m scared,” one of the baby bundles cries. “I don’t want to fall.”

The spaghetti is then soaked in boiling water as shown before being dressed with red sauce. “Wives, daughters, where are you?” a masculine spaghetti wad cries from the kitchen counter.

There is no doubt that this clip is intended to disrupt. And that’s exactly what they’re doing. One poster posted a similar video on X (formerly Twitter) and declared, “tiktok needs to stop.”

On Instagram, the “spaghetti family” prompt has degenerated further into a short reel depicting a humanoid baby made of juicy pasta strands. Some sob when prodded with a fork, while others are straight up devoured.

“I thought it was just spaghetti and then I cried,” reads the caption of one video, which has received more than 400,000 likes. “I’m paying a therapist,” one user commented.

In other clips, you don’t even need to render a proper baby. One AI video is simply captioned “Dinner” and depicts a restless cat and human creature shivering on a counter, spitting out endless amounts of pasta vile. Commenters were similarly dissatisfied, with one complaining, “All I wanted was an idea for dinner.”

You never know what fresh horrors the AI slop farmers will cook up next week, but rest assured that the AI will be your fodder whether you like it or not.
