Piyush Goyal's Commerce Minister on Tuesday said artificial intelligence (AI) is offering great opportunities and will only increase the country's employment.
He also said, “Everyone at the decision-making level, I need to have the latest versions of AI, CHATGPT and more on my phone or laptop.
“So we're going to use it, but all the input they do should be at the bottom, and it's generated or prepared conditions with AI support…
The minister said that was the idea that was the time had come.
India is a country that is always willing to adopt new technologies, he said.
He added that there are some deniers who write that technology like AI has a terrible impact on their work.
But that shouldn't be blocked, he said.
“AI has its role… There is an issue of unethical use of AI, so human intervention is needed to address it… This only increases the work…and Indians are agile and very smart.

He added that there could be short-term blips until unethical use or other issues arise, but in the long run, it's great for India.
