The roster recently viewed by Business Insider includes executives who overlapped with Parik at Meta, formerly head of engineering. A Microsoft spokesperson reviewed the ORG chart and said some of the Meta executives were hired before Parif.

Sharma leads the development of Microsoft's AI platform product, with a team of nearly 400 reports. Sharma was previously Chief Operating Officer of Instacart and Vice President of Meta, where he overlapped with Parif.

Boyd has been working on Microsoft's AI for at least 10 years. According to the ORG charts, Boyd's team, which currently includes more than 2,200 employees, moved under Palic when the organization was created in January. Last year, there was concern among some employees that the team was beginning to become “for Openai.”

Liuson operates the largest portion of the Coreai organization, including around 7,000 people, of the organization's 10,000 employees. Liuson spent over 33 years at Microsoft. Devdiv and the internally featured team build tools, platforms and services for developers.

McCaffrey, a former technical advisor to Nadella, is an engineer who reports directly to Parif. According to her LinkedIn profile, McCaffrey is responsible for “leading critical technical initiatives and defining engineering standards to improve security, quality and productivity.”
Jason Taylor, Vice President of Coreai Corporate, AI Infrastructure
Taylor is Microsoft's Deputy Chief Technology Officer. He previously was the vice president of Meta's infrastructure, and overlapped with Parif. He has a small team of around eight reports.
Michael Kirkland, Vice President of Engagement, Colliai
Kirkland is the vice president of engagement for the organization that was hired last month. So far, he has no reports. Kirkland is Meta's vice president of technology communications. He was there when Parik was there.
Tim Bozarth, Corporate Vice President, Enginerive
Bozarth is responsible for engineering Prosperity or Enginerrive, an internal initiative that Microsoft describes as “redefines engineering efficiency and redefines the developer experience within the company.” Bozarth, who joined Microsoft in 2022 from Google, has dozens of direct reports.
