But because this is such a new technology, many small business owners don't currently have the skills to make the most of these tools. So, by hiring talent that understands how to use AI, companies can reap these benefits without having to create extensive training programs or teach themselves how to use the technology.

Of course, not every small business is looking to hire new team members, and many don't have the resources to hire just to get the most out of AI. If that's your business, dedicating some resources to learning the technology and training your team will save you time in the long run. There are many resources online, and some schools and business organizations have started offering courses and webinars on the subject.

Every business uses AI a little differently, so whether you choose to hire a skilled employee or learn the technology yourself, it's important to keep your company's key goals in mind and develop a plan to leverage this technology in the most effective and relevant way possible.
