Google's Project Starline uses 3D imaging and AI to transform video conferencing so you feel like you're in the same room as the person you're talking to.
The project, announced in 2021, uses a special camera and screen to create a 3D image of the person you're calling, making it appear as if they were sitting directly across from you.
Google is partnering with HP to bring Project Starline to businesses in 2025. The system also integrates with popular video conferencing platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet.
