Charlene Jenner is VP of Engagement Strategy at Abelson Taylor, has over 18 years of experience in strategy and digital, and is an industry speaker and coach/mentor. She Jenner teaches the course “Artificial Intelligence and Personalization for Digital Marketers” at Southern Methodist University. She is passionate about developing interactions, creating opportunities and helping companies leverage their strengths for success through emerging technologies that fill gaps. She has leadership experience in a variety of industries including hotels/hospitality, consumer goods, small businesses, retail marketing, domestic manufacturing, staffing and healthcare. This diverse past gives her a unique perspective in translating marketing strategies into all kinds of consumer-facing digital her components. Jenner is an empathetic servant her leader, focused on building high-performing teams and helping others succeed. She has been named Dallas’ Top Female Leader for 2022. Jenner holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Dallas and a master’s degree in business administration from Texas A&M University School of Commerce.
