Nicole Dezen is Chief Partner Officer and Corporate Vice President of Global Partner Solutions (GPS) at Microsoft. She leads her business with commercial partners and is responsible for building and selling her Microsoft Cloud applications, services and devices with them. She works with a wide range of commercial partners, including advisory partners, device partners, global system integrators (GSIs), independent software vendors (ISVs) and service partners to drive digital transformation, scale, business growth and profitability with them. We are promoting. Nicole believes in empowering people to grow. She is committed to helping partners unlock the virtually limitless power of her Microsoft Cloud to deliver new value-creating solutions for their customers. Prior to leading GPS, Nicole led the Microsoft Device Partner Sales organization, developing strategies with the most innovative original device and equipment makers, silicon partners, resellers and distributors to drive global growth across the device ecosystem. successfully driving business growth and innovation in Under her leadership, the team has created opportunity and growth across her Microsoft device and edge partner ecosystem spanning her Windows PCs, IoT, collaboration devices, servers and mixed reality. With over 25 years of sales experience in technology, Nicole’s innate curiosity took her from a few years in the telecommunications industry to leading technology start-ups as CEO and today a multi-billion dollar commercial partner for Microsoft. We have reached the point where we can promote our business. Nicole joined Microsoft in 2007 and has held multiple positions in the US, Asia and EMEA. Nicole is a proud Los Angeles native of the Pacific Northwest. In her private life, Nicole is a gourmet who loves cooking her family’s recipes and driving around in the Peloton. She loves to travel and experience the local culture and food of the cities and countries she visits.
