Kirkland Consulting Firm Debuts AI Guide | News

AI For Business

Kirkland-based consulting firm OneAccord this week announced the release of “The Field Guide to the New Economy,” a two-volume series on AI adoption published by the company’s When2AI Imprint.

The series, written by JR Convey, principal at OneAccord, is designed to help operators and business leaders adopt AI using a structured framework rather than trial and error, according to a press release, which noted that many companies use AI without a clear way to evaluate its output or determine liability when mistakes occur.

“Most operators measure their performance against their past work, but this is the minimum standard,” Covey said in a press release.

“Vol. I” is currently available on Amazon and focuses on helping people use AI more effectively in their daily work. Volume 2, scheduled for release on July 20th, will move into organizational leadership and cover topics such as AI governance, adoption planning, and acceptable use standards.

“JR has spent his career helping leaders see patterns they can’t see,” OneAccord CEO Nick Anderson said in a release. “In this series, we take those same lessons and apply them to the biggest operational blind spot most companies have today: how to actually use AI.”
