Could the actual video show a group of angry Muslims in Britain shouting “unclean” and defacing a butcher’s shop with graffiti? No, it’s not. The Hive Moderation AI-generated content detection tool determined with 75.9% confidence that the video was generated by AI. Visual analysis of Lead Stories documented several visual glitches that are at odds with reality and typical of AI-generated content. The graffiti letters that appear on the glass window do not follow the path of the spray can pattern, the paper in the woman’s hand turns into a silver spray can, and the grid inside the butcher’s meat case is inconsistent throughout the scene.
This video appeared in a post published by the X account @Corleone040480 on June 25, 2026 (archived here). The French caption automatically translated by Grok looks like this:
#France #LFI
If you vote for Jean-Luc Mélenchon and La France, today you’re England, tomorrow you’ll be France!!!

Visual analysis of the video by Lead Stories showed a number of discrepancies pointing to the video’s AI-generated origins. Three are explained below.
Contradictory elements of the meat case
As the video begins, one element of the butcher’s meat case appears as a mass of haphazard holes that look like melted plastic. These holes appear to be distorted senselessly around the outline of the paper in the hands of a woman standing outside (pictured above). At the 7 second mark, when the view returns to the butcher’s meat case, the haphazard holes look like a more regular grid machined in metal (pictured below).

Spray painting technology that defies logic
In the first seconds of the video, a man wearing a brown coat and black Kufi hat can be seen spray-painting graffiti on the window of a butcher’s shop. The man had a spray can in his right hand, and the right sleeve of his coat was black instead of brown. It wasn’t someone else’s arm. While spraying the letters, the man put his left arm in front of his chest and supported his right upper arm from above, making a meaningless stabilizing motion (lower right photo). This appeared to be an attempt by the AI to imitate the marlstick technique (archived here) that shop window sign painters sometimes use to stabilize their hands when painting with a brush, but it was not a practical doodling technique.
If you step through the video frame by frame, you’ll notice that the graffiti lettering doesn’t follow the spray pattern coming out of the can. This is especially noticeable with the letter L (bottom left picture). The man’s hand moved diagonally upwards from the bottom corner of the L and began writing the next letter. My hand moved diagonally upwards, and as if by magic, the L horizontal bar appeared. This happens again with the next letter, which looks like a mix of U and E. The man uses the can to quickly swoop down the U, but then the E horizontal dash appears for no reason (bottom center). The crowd chanted “Dirty,” but the letters the man sprayed disintegrated as they went on, ending with words that sounded like “Dirty.”

Pamphlets turned into spray cans
As the video begins, a woman wearing a black burqa appears to be holding a paper pamphlet in each hand. Two seconds into the video (pictured below), the paper in her left hand turned into a silver spray can.
