AI For Business

Hangzhou, China, June 22, 2026 (Globe Newswire) — On June 18, CaoCao Inc. (“CaoCao” or the “Company”) announced the official launch of its full-scale AI transformation at the 2026 International Automotive and Supply Chain Expo (Hong Kong) and unveiled its new RoboX strategy. We aim to build the world’s leading physical AI mobility technology platform and intelligent mobility network across diverse applications, including robotaxis and robovans. CaoCao plans to deploy a total of 100,000 robotaxis and 100,000 robovans by 2030.

As AI technology rapidly reshapes industry boundaries, AI is evolving from an information tool to an agent capable of performing tasks. AI agents will increasingly understand users’ needs, make decisions, and coordinate fulfillment. But whether it’s moving passengers, delivering goods, or fulfilling services, its execution ultimately depends on real-world mobility capabilities. Therefore, building an execution network that connects digital intelligence with the physical world has become a key theme in the AI era.

In response to this trend, we have officially launched our RoboX strategy. As Geely Holding Group’s main commercialization platform for RoboX, Cao Cao will comprehensively promote the RoboX business around the three cores of intelligent driving technology, intelligent dedicated vehicles and intelligent operations, and develop an intelligent mobility network covering Robotaxi, Robovan, Robobus, Robotruck and other applications.

In the field of intelligent purpose-built vehicles, we will leverage the advantages of Geely Holding Group’s industrial ecosystem to jointly develop intelligent mobility products tailored to different scenarios. In intelligent driving technology, the company will focus on Level 4 autonomous driving and continue to improve safety, operational efficiency and cost competitiveness across passenger and cargo transportation scenarios. In Intelligent Operations, we will develop infrastructure such as intelligent hybrid vehicle dispatch systems, AI super brains for operations, and green intelligent mobility hubs to enable efficient coordination of mobility resources and large-scale operations.

To advance full-scale AI transformation, the company strengthened its strategic focus in the first half of this year, continued to optimize its business structure, and aggressively downsized non-core businesses. CaoCao is reconfiguring its organizational structure around AI and increasing investment in talent and resources in areas such as autonomous driving, AI operation systems, and intelligent mobility networks. We embed AI capabilities across product research and development, operations management, and business systems to accelerate your transformation into an AI-native company. CaoCao’s ride-hailing business maintains steady growth and continues to improve operational efficiency and profitability, providing a solid foundation for its AI transformation and RoboX strategy.

Sean Gong, CEO of CaoCao, said, “AI is moving from the digital world to the physical world. Transportation services such as passenger mobility and freight transportation have evolved into essential infrastructure in the AI era, and CaoCao is accelerating a full-scale AI transformation to embrace this trend. RoboX Strategy At the heart of this is an integrated functional system consisting of intelligent purpose-built vehicles, intelligent driving technology, and intelligent operations. By turning vehicles into execution terminals for AI agents, we aim to create a physical AI execution network.” Connect digital intelligence with the physical world and enable AI to truly respond to real-world needs. ”

CaoCao has developed scalable and systematic capabilities in vehicle dispatch, asset management, user services, and compliance operations, and built the CaoCao Robo OS for the era of intelligent mobility. Robo OS serves as the core operating system, providing an end-to-end solution that spans understanding demand, matching supply and demand, and fulfilling services. Supports AI agent integration and coordination and enables efficient connectivity between AI agents and intelligent mobility resources.

As a key goal for the next phase of its RoboX strategy, the company announced its “Dual 100,000 Plan.” CaoCao plans to deploy a total of 100,000 robotaxis and 100,000 robovans by 2030, accelerating the transition from self-driving demonstration operations to large-scale commercial deployments.

To support the large-scale implementation of the RoboX strategy, CaoCao announced a strategic partnership with Farizon Auto at the event. The two companies will deepen cooperation across the new energy commercial vehicle ecosystem and jointly advance large-scale applications of robovan models such as the Shenton T6.

On the same day, Cao Cao officially signed a framework cooperation agreement with Douyin Group. The two companies will cooperate in areas such as the integration of mobility services using AI and recommendation of in-vehicle music content. Additionally, the two companies will continue to explore deeper cooperation in additional areas depending on technology developments, market demand, and user feedback.

Additionally, Cao Cao announced the launch of a robotaxi business in Hong Kong, positioning Hong Kong as the first base for the international expansion of the RoboX strategy. We will leverage Hong Kong’s cosmopolitan urban environment and strengths of openness and innovation to explore globally applicable self-driving operation models and gain experience for the overseas expansion of our RoboX strategy.
