Tms AI today announced the launch of a human-first AI platform built to help midsize and large businesses run faster and smarter. The platform combines AI software with intelligent agents that handle day-to-day tasks such as finance, sales, marketing, customer service, and compliance, allowing teams to focus on decision-driven work that drives business outcomes.
Founded by Allan Rwakatungu from Uganda and Arron Cleary from Australia, Tms is designed around one principle: humans, not AI, bring the wisdom, judgment and flair that drive business forward. While most AI products position technology as a replacement for human workers, Tms eliminates repetitive tasks and positions it as the engine that accelerates teams toward their goals.
“Our mission is to help humanity do its best work,” said Alan Rwakatungu, co-founder and CEO of Tms AI. “I’m an entrepreneur in the developing world and believe that business is a catalyst for progress. We built Tms to help businesses around the world do their best work by letting AI take care of the grunt work and freeing humans to focus on the work that actually matters.”
How Tims works
Every person in your organization, and every customer they serve, will have their own AI assistant. This is tied to so-called intelligence, such as data intelligence, market intelligence, organizational intelligence, and business process intelligence. This enables our finance, sales, marketing, customer service, human resources, and compliance teams to do what we call their best work. AI handles the “invisible work” of each department, including collection, search, analysis, synthesis, monitoring, reporting, and running background jobs. Humans then use their specialized knowledge, judgment, and sense to complete their tasks.
The product is currently accessible on the web and will soon be available on mobile, chat platforms like WhatsApp and Telegram, and even business tools like Teams and Slack.
Businesses will love having their own dedicated platform hosted on a Virtual Private Server (VPS), our cloud, their own private cloud, or completely on-premises.
You’ll also love that the price ultimately reflects the value of the software (results, not seats or licenses), with intelligence purchased via credits, available online or through local partners who also provide support.
More than a product
Recognizing that successful AI adoption requires more than software, Tims is launching two additional services on top of its platform.
· best work master class — Immersive AI training programs for professionals in finance, compliance, sales, marketing, and other departments. This class provides technology professionals with the foundation to accelerate in their field.
· AI advisory — Consulting engagements for medium and large organizations covering AI readiness assessments, implementation support, and ongoing guidance to ensure successful adoption across people, processes, systems, and data.
“Giving your team an AI co-pilot is not a strategy,” Alan said. “Companies need to prepare their people, processes, systems, and data for AI. We can help them do that and help them succeed with AI.”
what’s next
Tims has begun conversations with midsize and large enterprises for pilots and deployments, and with model providers, data centers, cloud providers, and solution providers for strategic partnerships. The company has also started a seed funding round.
