Three devices that combine fine jewelry with a customized AI experience serve as a proof of concept for Delegate Thinking, the agency’s concept for the future of high-end AI
special guest xThe creative technology agency, founded to reinvent the story of brand innovation through AI, data, robotics and automation, has unveiled an astonishing and unparalleled collection of three portable smart devices that sit at the intersection of jewelry and artificial intelligence and offer a vision of endless possibilities for luxury fashion brand experiences powered by technologies such as AI.
These custom-built, fully functional devices represent a proof of concept for SpecialGuestX called Delegate Thinking, which stands for the future of high-end AI. At first glance, the three devices appear to be a combination of the work of some of the world’s finest jewelry designers, such as Boucheron and Chopard, and secret technology developed in MIT laboratories.
Each of the three devices is wrapped in an Art Deco design adorned with gold, rubies, emeralds and mother-of-pearl and was created in the workshop of Beatriz Palacios, a world-renowned jeweler known for her iconoclastic designs. Each device operates as a black box. Once activated, a response is generated through a small onboard language model. The output is intentionally vague. It’s specific enough to feel meaningful, but open enough to require interpretation.
“Delegate Thinking proposes a new relationship with artificial intelligence: not as a system that responds precisely, but as a system that generates signals.” Miguel Espada, Executive Creative Director of SpecialGuestX said: “Interpretation, and therefore decision-making, remains human. For luxury and fashion brands, this project marks a new frontier in which AI is not just an unimaginably powerful tool, but a material, something that can be held, worn, and considered. An intelligence embedded in objects of desire.”
Delegate Thinking is a collaboration between SpecialGuestX and Isabel Martínez (also known as Isabelita Virtual), a renowned Spanish creative director, strategist, and artist known for her work at the intersection of art, technology, and communication. An influential figure in the field of digital fashion and luxury, known for her pioneering use of social media and artificial intelligence, she has collaborated with international brands and cultural institutions including Apple, Hermès, Dior, Foundation Louis Vuitton, Vogue, Tiffany & Co., and Versace.

As if to add to the sense of mystery surrounding the meaning of the technology, the devices are purposely simply named DT 1, DT 2, and DT 3.
DT 1 is a mother-of-pearl and gold box with round rubies that glow during processing, reminiscent of HAL’s eyes from 2001: A Space Odyssey. It returns cryptic prompts to think and act (phrases like “love fiercely” and “believe madly”), but these are left up to the user’s interpretation.
DT 2 is a round mirror case with a binary response of red or blue, yes or no. The signals are intentionally open-ended, leaving the meaning to the user’s interpretation. It is inspired by the logic of decision-making, not the mechanism behind it.
The DT 3 is an emerald and hand-engraved pocket watch that provides a specific time for the wearer to interpret in their own context. No explanation. Users project meaning into the moment.
SpecialGuestX’s goal with Delegate Thinking is to help users explore and discover their own truth. Each device has a small language model that operates locally and comes with default system prompts, but users can configure custom prompts through the Bluetooth interface. Once configured, the device operates autonomously as a standalone object or as part of a broader ecosystem of agents connected to calendars, task managers, and other tools. In effect, objects inspired by fine jewelry are transformed into cutting-edge AI assistants.
Craftsmanship is evident in the careful selection of gemstones, materials, and finishes, ensuring that the physical objects reflect the same level of intent as the technology they house.
