The company says that even as its AI agents improve in areas such as web research, email and file management, many real-world tasks still require a phone call. Ring-a-Ding was developed to fill that gap by handling phone number provisioning, SIP connectivity, real-time voice routing, call transcription, and summaries in the background.

The company says the skill is built for dynamic one-on-one calls, with an AI agent generating purpose and context for each conversation during the call. Examples include asking service providers for prices, confirming reservations, checking store inventory, and collecting structured information from businesses over the phone. Ring-a-Ding said its product is intended for legitimate, task-based calls and prohibits sales calls, marketing efforts and robocalls.

According to the company, each subscription includes outgoing AI telephony, managed U.S. phone number pools, real-time voice bridging, transcription, summarization, and OpenClaw CLI integration. This skill is designed to also function as an MCP server for use with other compatible AI agents.

“Hundreds of things that need to be done every week still require a phone call,” said Vitaliy Levit, founder of Ring-a-Ding. “We wanted OpenClaw agents to handle those calls without first building a full voice infrastructure stack.”
