G is also pursuing growth through AI-powered solutions. Our patented digital SEP approach improves the performance of our clients’ business processes, using AI to improve efficiency and process quality, advancing domain-specific digital technologies, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and experience-centric principles. The company’s AI-based platform, Genpact Cora, integrates proprietary automation, analytics, and AI technologies into a single common platform to accelerate clients’ digital transformation.

The company continually rewards shareholders through dividend payments and stock buybacks. The Company paid dividends of $100 million, $108 million, $100 million, and $91.8 million in fiscal years 2025, 2024, 2023, and 2022, respectively, and repurchased stock valued at $225.5 million, $252.7 million, $225.4 million, and $214.1 million. These moves demonstrate the company’s commitment to returning value to shareholders and instilling confidence in the business.

G had cash and equivalents of $648 million at the end of the fourth quarter of 2025, compared to current debt of $26 million. The current ratio (an indicator of liquidity) during this period was 2.34 times, higher than the industry’s 2.14 times. A current ratio greater than 1 indicates that a company is in a good position to repay short-term debt.

On the other hand, Genpact stock may not be ideal for momentum investing. Its beta is low at 0.75, making it a solid advancer, but not a breakout runner, making it unattractive to momentum investors looking for higher returns.

G is seeing costs rise due to competition in the talent market. The labor-intensive and foreign-reliant nature of the industry poses challenges related to immigration and other government policies that strain operations and impact profits.

The company’s heavy reliance on North America and Europe exposes it to regional economic risks and regional customer concentrations. Typically, our revenue from these regions makes us vulnerable to economic downturns, regulatory changes and geopolitical issues in these markets, limiting our ability to take advantage of growth opportunities in emerging markets and other industries.

Recently, Genpact reported impressive Q4 2025 results. Earnings of 97 cents per share beat the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 4.3% and increased 6.6% from the year-ago period. Total revenue was $1.3 billion, slightly above consensus estimates and up 5.7% year over year.

FTI Consulting Co., Ltd. FCN reported strong results for the fourth quarter of 2025.

FCN’s adjusted earnings per share were $1.78, beating the consensus mark by 39 cents and increasing 14.1% year over year. FTI Consulting’s revenue of $990.7 million exceeded the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $911.4 million, representing an increase of 10.7% from the year-ago period.

Gartner, Inc. The IT sector announced impressive results in Q4 2025.

IT’s adjusted earnings were $3.94 per share, beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 12.6%. This metric decreased by 27.7% year-on-year. Gartner’s total revenue was $1.8 billion, slightly above consensus estimates and up 2.2% year over year.
