The company’s solution leverages existing surveillance cameras to identify risks in the field early.
[SINGAPORE] Singapore-based software company Ailytics uses artificial intelligence (AI)-powered video analytics to help heavy industrial companies improve operational safety and productivity.
Ailytics noted that although industrial sites generate millions of hours of surveillance camera footage, approximately 95% of sites lack active or AI-enabled monitoring, which delays detection of hazards and leaves safety teams operating without real-time insight.
To address these challenges, Ailytics’ scenario-based video analytics solution leverages existing surveillance cameras to surface real-time insights into risky activities, productivity metrics, and security breaches.
Since its founding in 2021, the company’s solutions have been deployed in more than 300 projects in 10 countries and connected to more than 5,000 cameras.
According to Ailytics, since implementation, companies have reported a 7x increase in hazard detection, a 20% increase in operational efficiency, and a 70% reduction in safety protocol non-compliance.
Ailytics says the software has helped clients move from reactive monitoring to proactive risk prevention through early hazard detection and real-time insights.

Dynamic use case
Ailytics’ patented 2D and 3D technology can be connected to existing camera infrastructure and is specialized for outdoor long-range detection in dynamic environments.
The company says its solution is suitable for construction sites and manufacturing plants because it can operate in harsh and dynamic outdoor conditions, even with low-resolution cameras.
Some of the company’s customers include Singapore-listed ST Engineering and SoilBuild Construction.
Additionally, the software uses generative and agent AI to reduce errors and handle difficult scenarios.
The company said its AI is trained to recognize more than 50 use cases related to safety, security, and productivity. Examples include detecting smoke or fire, measuring the distance between machines and workers, and identifying abandoned objects.
As field accidents remain a persistent challenge in heavy industry, Ailytics aims to provide real-time, actionable insights to help end users make better-informed decisions. The company said this will allow clients to improve safety and operational culture while increasing their chances of winning a bid.
