JobKorea and Albamon, both operated by Workpere, announced on Monday that their users’ click-through rates and application conversion rates for job advertisements have increased a month after revamping their major services.
After the complete overhaul, the click-through rates for job advertisements on JobKorea and Albamon increased by 298% and 158%, respectively, compared to before the redesign. Application conversion rates on JobKorea have also increased by approximately 35% compared to the previous recommendation system, thanks to the upgrade to “Recommendation 3.0” applied during the overhaul.
After applying the new main UI, Albamon’s application conversion rate was 119% higher than before. A Job Korea official said, “This complete overhaul has achieved results by providing AI-based personalized job information that job seekers need most.”
Kim Yoseob (김요섭), Chief Technology Officer of JobKorea, said, “These results are meaningful because we have revamped all elements, including the addition of AI functions focused on job seekers, the app design, and the product structure, which actually led to an increase in service satisfaction.” He further stated, “We will strive to provide optimal information in line with the rapidly changing recruitment market, and will continue to innovate job hunting through the development and commercialization of AI agents.”
