First enterprise AI platform to support MCP apps, enabling rich, interactive UI directly within AI-powered conversations
Airia, the all-in-one enterprise AI platform for orchestration, security, and governance, announced full support for MCP apps. This allows organizations to embed interactive dashboards, forms, and visualizations directly into AI-powered conversations. With this release, Airia becomes the first enterprise AI platform to offer this capability, fundamentally transforming the way teams interact with AI agents.
Why this matters: Beyond text-only AI
Announced by Anthropic on January 26, 2026 and co-developed with OpenAI, MCP Apps standardizes the way AI tools deliver rich, interactive experiences beyond plain text. Until now, enterprise AI workflows have been limited to text-based interactions. When an AI agent queries a database and returns hundreds of rows, users must repeat follow-up questions to filter, sort, and explore the results. If your deployment tool requires complex configuration, every option becomes another back-and-forth conversation. This interaction wastes time and introduces errors.
MCP Apps eliminates these limitations. Sales analytics tools can now return an interactive dashboard that allows users to filter by region and instantly drill down to specific accounts. The deployment tool can display a configuration wizard with dependent fields and real-time validation. Compliance tools can display audit trails with inline drilldown within the same conversation.

Importantly, MCP Apps eliminate the risk of illusions because users interact directly with data rendered from the source system, rather than with the interpretation of an AI model. What you see is exactly what the system returned.
“Enterprise teams don’t work in plain text. They work with dashboards, forms, and structured interfaces,” said Spencer Reagan, director of product at Airia. “MCP Apps brings the same richness to AI-powered workflows. With Airia, our customers can deliver interactive experiences through their favorite AI clients or directly within our platform, all protected by the same enterprise-grade security and governance they already rely on.”
Two ways of working
Airia provides comprehensive MCP app support through two paths:
Through your favorite AI client: Connect to Claude, ChatGPT, Visual Studio Code, or Goose through Airia’s secure gateway. The interactive UI works within the conversation, and Airia maintains centralized security, audit logging, and access controls behind the scenes.
Native of Airia: The interactive experience is rendered directly within Airia’s chat interface. No switching tabs or losing context, everything in one place.
Both paths continue to leverage Airia’s enterprise security and governance controls, including administrator-managed tool approvals, change detection that reveals changed tool definitions, a full audit trail for compliance, and proxy-mediated interactions that keep credentials away from the client.
Actual usage example
Organizations can immediately leverage the MCP app to:
- Sales and marketing: Interactive pipeline dashboard with filtering and drill-downs eliminates endless “Show me this segment” follow-ups
- DevOps and IT: Configuration wizard that validates dependencies in real time and prevents deployment errors
- Data analysis: Live charts and graphs that users can interact with without re-prompting the AI
A growing ecosystem
Airia’s MCP Apps support comes with a rapidly expanding ecosystem. Recently added features include integration with Salesforce, NetSuite, Nexar, Grafana, Excalidraw, Asana, Snowflake, and CB Insights. All of these enterprise connectors can now provide interactive experiences, unlocking new possibilities for AI-powered workflows.
