Fiserv announced a strategic partnership with Microsoft to further integrate AI into its development platform and operations.

The partnership aims to improve internal productivity and support the delivery of AI-driven solutions to Fiserv clients, including financial institutions, enterprises, and consumers.

Fiserv deploys Microsoft 365 Copilot to its workforce around the world, giving them AI tools to support decision-making and improve work efficiency.

In parallel, Fiserv is working with Microsoft to expand its use of Microsoft Foundry, an Azure-based AI platform for securely building, deploying, and managing AI applications.

The implementation of these tools promises to streamline processes and potentially create new revenue opportunities.

Fiserv already implements Microsoft Foundry and GitHub Copilot.

To date, the company has processed more than 100 billion tokens on Foundry and deployed GitHub Copilot to more than 8,000 software engineers to improve developer productivity and accelerate solution delivery.
