U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement on Monday shared a video of an AI-generated Santa Claus rounding up illegal immigrants and warning them to “avoid ICE Airlines and Santa's Naughty List” by voluntarily deporting them.

The festive clip shows Santa Claus, wearing a red bulletproof ICE vest, handcuffing undocumented immigrants on the street, processing them at a federal facility and loading them onto ICE Airlines planes for deportation.

“Use the CBP Home app to voluntarily deport yourself today, earn $3,000, and spend Christmas at home with your loved ones,” ICE wrote on social media along with the video. “Holiday incentives are valid through the end of 2025.”

The message follows Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem's announcement of $3,000 “vacation home” incentives encouraging undocumented immigrants to voluntarily deport by Dec. 31.

In May, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) began offering $1,000 and free travel to CBP Home users.

Noem called it “the safest option for law enforcement and a 70% savings for American taxpayers.”

Since January 2025, 1.9 million illegal aliens have been voluntarily deported, and tens of thousands have taken advantage of the CBP Home program, Noem said.
