AI News

Virgin Atlantic has launched an AI assistant to help passengers plan their trips.

The web application, which the airline has dubbed “Digital Concierge,” is powered by OpenAI, which uses multimodal artificial intelligence, and was built in partnership with software developer Tomoro. We listen, understand, and provide recommendations in real-time, giving you a seamless way to plan, book, and dream of future trips through natural conversation. Users can tap, type, and speak as needed. Apart from trip planning, the concierge can assist with flying club questions and general customer support.
