Vyntelligence, a London-based company specializing in “agent video intelligence” technology, has secured a $30m (£23m) Series B investment to support its expansion in the US.
The Vyntelligence platform works with clients in utilities, telecommunications, and retail to analyze videos captured by users in the field and provide rapid support for field issues.
The Vyntelligence platform also becomes more intelligent as more video is captured, creating an auditable trail of work and organizing your organization’s knowledge and expertise.
“Our superpower is not only applying AI to the historically underserved world of manual labor, but also leveraging over a decade of unique, expertly curated field video data to fundamentally transform the value of field work for our clients,” said Arti Khanna, co-founder of Vyntelligence.
“We can provide our customers with greater visibility into their assets, people and operations, giving them the insights they need to significantly improve operational efficiency and the role their field employees play for their business.”
The investment was led by Bloom Equity and Morgan Stanley Investment Management.
“Vintelligence is a prime example of an inherently impactful business that we are looking to partner with at Bloom, a company that offers both compelling commercial outcomes and measurable environmental benefits,” said Eleanor Bragbrough, co-founding partner at Bloom Equity.
“Vyntelligence’s Agentic Video Intelligence platform enables our customers to do more with less, significantly reducing the carbon footprint of their field operations while improving safety, efficiency and compliance. We are delighted to be partnering with the UK’s leading AI business.”
