US technology companies Palona AI and Goodcall have partnered to provide customized voice AI services for the restaurant industry.

Goodcall CEO Bob Summers said:

“For five years, we have witnessed the power of AI voice agents in daily operations. Together with Parona, we will dedicate that power fully to restaurants, providing them with the most sophisticated, reliable and on-brand voice AI services in the industry.”

The service is designed to integrate with point-of-sale (POS) systems, online ordering and delivery, reservations and waiting lists, and loyalty programs.

Goodcall for Restaurants takes customer calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in English and Spanish.

Palona and Goodcall aim to transform restaurant phone lines into revenue-generating, data-driven channels for guest engagement.

The solution, known as Restaurant AI, integrates Parona’s conversational intelligence, complex customization processing, and multimodal memory systems to address the critical foodservice challenge of consistent and accurate ordering via voice or text.
