Victoria, British Columbia – (Business Wire) – Vecima Networks Inc. (TSX: VCM) today announced its IBC 2025 Mediascale™ solution lineup at AMSTERDAM, highlighting innovations in multiple video industries, including KeyFrame and Mediascale Open CDN.

Keyframe Media Optimization The solution allows content providers to use real-time generation AI to improve video quality while simultaneously reducing bitrates. Not only does this patented technology continue to provide true 1080p and 4K resolution, it also features advanced features such as removal, artifact removal, spatial and temporal anti-radiation, and artifact-free upscaling. Additionally, bitrates can be significantly reduced, resulting in both storage and transmission efficiency.
Blue Stream Fiber, Florida's fastest growing fiber optic communications provider, recently announced the deployment of keyframes to enhance the video quality streaming experience for subscribers to the Blue Stream Fiber TV service.
in MediaScale Open CDN The solution allows content providers to improve video streaming quality, reduce public CDN costs, and broadband service providers to reduce streaming congestion and monetize content they already have. Open CDN offers video streaming at the highest bitrate available, reducing boredom while providing the lowest available cost of ownership. The subscriber's viewing experience is greatly improved as content is located deep within the operator's network. This is closer to a subscriber than is currently possible using a public CDN.
Vecima's existing edge caching technology now enables a wide range of operators around the world to deliver high-quality IP video content to millions of subscribers. By applying open cache technology, this massive cash footprint can be used to bring great value to content providers and increase customer satisfaction to millions of video subscribers.
Moneying Media Scale Ads with Dynamic Content It's helpful Broadband service providers can control their content by supporting content rights, power outages and advertising. By manipulating content on the edge of the network, operators can provide more opportunities to monetize that content with more efficient, personalized video content and targeted, high-value ads.
“Vecima's Mediascale platform is used by operators around the world and continues to be a reliable, flexible and simplified model of video streaming,” said Paul Strickland, Vice President and General Manager of Vecima Content Delivery & Storage. “We help content owners and service providers reduce churn, increase revenue and increase subscriber satisfaction with our comprehensive platform of video delivery solutions.”
