What you'll work on
- LLM Workflow Optimization (Integrating fine-tuning models, prompt engineering, and feedback loops).
- Improve AI explainability– The construction system Show your provider why AI creates specific recommendations.
- Implementation of searched generation (RAG) For more accurate and context-enabled AI responses.

What we're looking for
- Over 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Powerful Python & ML background (LLMS, NLP, Pytorch/Tensorflow).
- Reinforcement learning experience (or curiosity for implementing RL-based workflows).
