Anthee brings nearly 20 years of experience scaling private equity-backed SaaS companies through periods of high growth, change and complexity. In this role, Ancy will lead Litera's global strategic transformation and operational implementation efforts, partnering across the organization to promote growth, scalability and long-term value creation. Merichovitis reports directly to Litera CEO Avaneesh Marwaha and works closely with the essential teams across the business on a daily basis.

Prior to Kiriba, she took on a variety of global roles at Sitecore (EQT-Backed) and was responsible for designing business growth by leading strategic initiatives across the international market.
