Global technology company HCLTech has signed an agreement with Just Energy, a US-based energy provider, to modernize and improve the operation of the energy company through artificial intelligence (AI) and digital solutions.
Under the partnership, HCLTech will provide digital process outsourcing services and its generative AI platform AI force to streamline only the internal functions of Energy. These include information technology, finance, data analytics, customer service, sales and contract renewal. The goal is to increase efficiency and improve customer interaction.
In addition to the AI force, HCLTech implements the DigitalColleague platform. The DigitalColleague platform offers a single interface customized for a variety of job roles, as well as a Toscona suite focused on business process optimization. These tools are designed to improve coordination between teams and support more effective workflow management.

HCLTECH's involvement is aimed at helping energy deal with operational challenges and meet changing customer needs through automation and digital upgrades.
