Singapore-based AI video startup Video Rebirth has announced the closing of an $80 million funding round to accelerate the commercialization of its industrial-grade AI engine and flagship Bach video generation model. This round includes an initial $50 million raise in November, plus a newly secured $30 million extension, reflecting strong strategic demand from global investors.
This funding round was supported by a consortium of major industry players and venture firms, including AMD Ventures, Hyundai Motor Group, and other strategic investors across the entertainment, mobility, and technology sectors. The company said the capital will primarily support the expansion of its Bach series of video generation models and its expansion into global markets.
Beyond experimental AI tools, Video Rebirth is focused on building what it calls an “industrial-grade AI engine” that can produce consistent, controllable, and commercially viable video output. The company emphasizes its ability to create a consistent digital environment to replace traditional film and rendering workflows, enabling new forms of interactive and personalized media.
The Bach model is designed to bridge linear media and interactive entertainment by providing high-fidelity, physically consistent video generation. This approach aims to unlock applications across content creation, simulation, and even mobility, allowing physical AI systems to be trained in realistic digital environments.
With support from strategic partners such as AMD, the company is building a high-performance computing infrastructure to support large-scale deployments. At the same time, partnerships with entertainment and automotive companies demonstrate broader ambitions beyond media, such as creating simulations and virtual worlds.
The company’s leadership emphasized a world-first strategy supported by investors across multiple industries and geographies. Video Rebirth also points to the growing demand for AI systems that can move from prototype demonstrations to production-ready outputs, positioning its platform as a foundational layer for the next generation of digital content and simulation ecosystems.
Moving forward, Video Rebirth plans to focus on commercializing the Bach series, expanding its enterprise use cases, and expanding internationally. The company sees an opportunity to transform the way content is created and consumed while enabling new workflows across industries such as gaming, film, and autonomous systems.
