DraftKings (Nasdaq:DKNG) is using machine learning to power its online sports betting and gambling platform. The company has experienced significant growth due to recent revenue increases and an expanding legal gambling market.
DKNG significantly revised up its 2024 revenue outlook, now expecting it to reach $4.65 billion to $4.9 billion, representing expected year-over-year growth of 27% to 34%. The adjustment reflects a higher forecast than its previous forecast of $4.5 billion to $4.8 billion. Additionally, the company raised its 2024 adjusted EBITDA forecast to $450 million to $410 million from a previous estimate of $350 million.
DraftKings also announced plans to acquire gambling company Jackpocket for $750 million in a cash-and-stock deal, an acquisition expected to further strengthen DraftKings' market presence and capabilities in online gambling.
I've covered DKNG before and still think it's one of the best meme stocks investors can get behind: The company's shares have risen 72.64% over the past year, and it still seems to have plenty of room to rise further.

Cloudflare (New York Stock Exchange:Net) provides a cloud platform that offers a range of network services to businesses around the world. The company uses machine learning to power its cybersecurity solutions.
Cloudflare has announced a strong strategy for 2024, focused on strengthening its cybersecurity solutions and expanding its network services. The company expects total revenue for the year to be between $1.648 billion and $1.652 billion. This revenue outlook reflects a significant expansion in the scale of the company's operations.
NET is another stock taking full advantage of machine learning. I've been hyped about this company for some time, and I expect it to continue to be so. In particular, Cloudflare is using a combination of graphics processing units (GPS) tuned for inference.GPU) across our global network. By the end of 2024, these GPUs will be in nearly every city in the Cloudflare network.
NET has quietly integrated many parts of the network within the Internet fabric for millions of users through DNS services, Cloudflare WARP, reverse proxies for website owners, etc. Approximately 30% of the world's 10,000 most popular websites use Cloudflare. Many of NET's services are accessible for free.
The company has adopted a classic tech stock strategy that prioritizes expanding its user base, influence and reach over short-term profits, and its financial position has gradually expanded along with its performance.
